COVID-19 Response

The team at Telstra Business Technology Centre Melbourne South is closely monitoring the current situation around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and keeping up to date with the latest advice provided by the Australian Government, local health authorities and the World Health Organisation.
As always, the safety of our staff, customers and community is paramount. While our operations are business-as-usual until we are advised otherwise by the relevant authorities, we are taking all possible precautions to keep our team and clients healthy and safe.

Our field staff are dedicated to delivering the same level of customer service to you during this time, while also taking the necessary social distancing measures. The team is equipped with face masks and disposable gloves, and we will call ahead of time to ensure we comply with your own precautionary measures when we visit you on site.

We ask that if anyone in your organisation has tested positive for COVID-19 and we’ve recently visited you, that you please let us know so we can take appropriate action to contain further transmission.

If you have a confirmed COVID-19 case and have an appointment scheduled with us, we can still assist you via a virtual appointment and help get your workforce connected remotely if required.

We will continue to review our approach and provide updates as new advice comes to hand.
